Aloha Airlines Ends 61 Years of Service in Hawaii

In Hawaii, the end of an era came today when Aloha Airlines finished the day’s schedule of passenger flights and then shut their doors.
Aloha Airlines ceased operations less than two weeks after the Honolulu-based company filed for bankruptcy protection as a court seeks buyers for its remaining assests.
