On her first cast of the day a women in Eureka, CA, landed a whopping 120lb halibut off the Northern California coast on Memorial Day.
At first she thought she was hooked on a rock but as her reel nearly spooled and her husband drove their boat in pursuit they knew she had hooked a lunker!
